Today we had the pleasure of celebrating two of our own with a special baby shower, and it was a reminder of just how amazing our ClearCut team truly is.
As our ClearCut family continues to grow, we couldn’t be more excited for these two families as they welcome their little ones. We wish them nothing but happiness, love, and countless special moments in this new chapter of life.

SUPER BOWL CHILI COOK-OFF CHAMPIONS! 
ClearCut Dieworks has added a new rubber cutter to its arsenal of machines in the Colfax, NC location. This machine is an addition to our LGT 2113 rubber cutter we currently have but is dedicated to this application alone. The RBR 1010 HD is from the family of Delta Machines, its speed is exceptional and it has the ability to write actual #’s on the rubber that is indicated by our CAD department for easier installation on dies.
This machine will cut the time in half that it takes to cut rubber files and give us the ability to move more work through the production shop in half the time. This machine is also capable of producing mylar and spot sheets with the added pin option that we purchased.
ClearCut DieWorks is always looking for ways to improve our production times and quality and the new RBR 1010 HD rubber cutter is definitely a step in the right direction.
ClearCut DieWorks has installed a new industrial laser at our Richmond, VA facility. The Cutlite Penta LTF-3015-Duo replaces our old Elcede laser, which has been a workhorse for well over 20 years, and the new features and superior speed of the Cutlite Penta will greatly increase our productivity. The Cutlite Penta has several rotary tool options that allow us to route, counter sink, and counter bore our boards on the machine much more accurately and with less mess than having to do these tasks manually.
ClearCut DieWorks is always looking for ways to improve our production times and quality, and the new Cutlite Penta laser is definitely a step in the right direction.
